Rio San Juan is a quiet town with great people and lots to do and see.  There are three beaches within walking distance of  Villa Castillo de Los Minos.  The Laguna Gri Gri is a great place to hang-out and enjoy a beverage or you can take a boat tour to some of the local attractions - the cave, the natural pools and Playa Caleton.  Within a short drive you have three other beaches to visit: Playa Grande which is the most beautiful beach on the North coast, Playa Preciosa which is adjacent to Playa Grande and Playa Caleton which is just on the edge of Rio San Juan.  There is a beautiful water fall called El Saltadero which is just 12 miles to the east of town and the Laguna Dudu  which is  beautiful fresh water lagoon where you can swim, explore the caves, and enjoy a nice lunch. 

Río San Juan es una ciudad tranquila con gente fantástica y mucho que hacer y ver. Hay tres playas a poca distancia a pie de Villa Castillo de Los Minos.  La Laguna Gri Gri es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y disfrutar de una bebida o puede tomar un paseo en bote a algunas de las atracciones locales: la cueva, las piscinas naturales y Playa Caleton. A un corto trayecto en coche tiene otras tres playas para visitar: Playa Grande, que son las playa más hermosas de la costa norte, Playa Preciosa, que se encuentra junto a Playa Grande y Playa Caleton, que está justo en el borde de Río San Juan. Hay una hermosa cascada llamada El Saltadero que está a solo 12 millas al este de la ciudad y la Laguna Dudu, que es una hermosa laguna de agua dulce donde puede nadar, explorar las cuevas, y disfrutar de un buen almuerzo.
